So keeping this in mind some people from MIT University have invented a new camera that can read these books without even opening or touching them.

"I wanted to know how deeply you could read a closed book, because no one has ever tried that," researcher Barmark Heshmat said in a video published by the MIT Media Lab. A paper about the new camera was published in "Nature Communication" and notes that it uses terahertz radiation, which falls between the microwave and infrared spectrum's.

At the point when the radiation goes through the pages of a given book, it causes a pulse to bounce back towards the device at a specific frequency. Terahertz radiation responds differently when it goes up against various chemicals, so the camera utilizes a confounded calculation or algorithm to measure, interpret and make an interpretation of those frequencies to recognize the words.

The camera is so sensitive that it can also measure how long it takes the radiation to reach the various gaps between pages, thereby determining which content falls on which pages.

The researchers plan to refine the camera so that it can eventually read an entire book without ever flipping open the cover.

When you hit the refresh button the memory of your system is reloaded with the up to date information. In simple words refresh will redraw everything present on the screen pixel by pixel and displays the latest data. Refresh option is not meant for speeding up the performance. Then the question arises when does refresh is useful?

Refresh is useful in the following cases:

  • When your data is not up to date.
  • When the desktop or other folders don’t display the files you created, moved, copied or deleted.
  • When the realigned icons or files on the desktop or other folders don’t show up.
  • When files created by 3rd party applications don’t show in the folder.
  • When the name of a file is changed but it doesn’t show the new name.
  • When you change any appearance settings. etc

In fact, by clicking the refresh button the system will take few extra microseconds to display the latest data and if you press it continuously the system will slow down a bit in order to read and write the cycles it has to perform inside the hard disk.

Two astronomers at Caltech have found evidence that indicates the presence of a ninth planet in our solar system. If confirmed, it would transform the model of our solar system as we know it.

'Planet Nine", as researchers are calling it, has a mass of about 10 times that of Earth and 2 to 4 times the size of Earth’s diameter. It’s so large that it would be the fifth-largest planet in our solar system.

What makes this planet so unique?It has a highly elongated orbit that “faces” a different direction than every other planet in our solar system. The orbit itself is so long that it would take Planet Nine between 10,000 and 20,000 years to complete one trip around the sun! Mike Brown, is the famed “Pluto Killer” who provided evidence that led to the demotion of Pluto as a planet,pointed out that Planet Nine is roughly 5,000 times the mass of Pluto.

In 2014, astronomers Chad Trujillo and Scott Shepherd published a paper noting that over a dozen Kuiper Belt objects all had an odd feature in their orbit. It appeared that something with significant gravitational force was slightly “nudging” these objects throughout their trip around the sun.In that effort to explain these orbits, they suggested the possibility of a planet.They even suggested the possibility of a large number of undiscovered Kuiper Belt objects, but that didn’t match up with current evidence of the total mass of the Kuiper Belt.

Over time, the astronomers were becoming increasingly convinced of the Planet Nine theory.
